Joseph was very helpful to set a realistic price for our condo. He was able to show us how the price worked with the current market. He kept us abreast of questions and concerns and we were able to address all issues that came up. He was aggressive with open houses and marketing, which resulted is us selling quickly and at near to asking price. We would use Joseph as our agent again and recommend him highly.
